At Hey Babe, We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we’d be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the following cases:

  • An incorrect garment has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
  • The garment you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect. (With proper opening video)
  • The garment is not of the right size in which case, it is eligible for size exchange only, in the same piece.
  • And the exchange request should be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery of the products

Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused.  You may visit exchanges and enter the AWB number and proceed with the return. And once the product is delivered to us, we will issue the store credit for the same.

Kindly Note, WE DON’T OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

In case of a Defect in the Product

We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.

Items are eligible for an exchange request only once.

We will arrange a pickup, and once it will be delivered to us we process the request further.

Kindly note, shipping charges for the above will be borne by the customer. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into processing.
