Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused. You can email us on “heybabe.in@gmail.com” with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE” within 5 days of receiving the products.

In case of a Defect in the Product

We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address & we will process your request once received.

Items are eligible for an exchange request only once.

We will; arrange a pickup, and once it will be delivered to us we process the request further.

Kindly note, shipping charges for the above will be borne by the customer. Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are sent into processing.
